Dashboard Explained

Full project list with key financials, status, and PM attribution. Projects Snapshot is the single-screen view of the entire active portfolio — the table you use when you need to find a specific project quickly, compare all projects on a single financial metric, or export data for reporting.

How to use it

Use Projects Snapshot when you need to answer "what's the fee status of project X?" or "which projects is PM Y running?" quickly. The table is sortable — sort by Fee Consumed % to see which projects are close to their cap, or by WIP Balance to prioritise invoicing follow-up. For financial trend analysis over time, use Monthly Financials instead.

Understanding your data

Key Fields

How it's Calculated

Project Name / Number

Project name and job number as entered in Total Synergy. Used to identify and search for specific projects

Stage

The individual billing stage within a project. Fee, WIP, and invoicing data is tracked at stage level

Agreed Fee

Contracted fee for each stage

Invoiced Revenue (PTD)

Total invoiced revenue for the stage from project start to current date

WIP Balance

Current uninvoiced chargeable balance on the stage

Fee Consumed %

Invoiced revenue plus WIP as a percentage of agreed fee. Values approaching or exceeding 100% indicate the fee is being exhausted

PM

Project Manager assigned to the stage in Total Synergy

Office

Office attributed to the stage

Stage Status

Active, On Hold, or Complete


Filters

  • Office: Filter to one or more offices

  • Project Manager: Filter to a specific PM

  • Stage Status: Active, on hold, complete

  • Search: Find a project by name or number
