In the documents folder, you can Save a copy of the most recent current file version. To do this:
Go to the Documents folder.
2. Select the row action button > and choose the 'Download' option.
3.The current file version is downloaded to your local drive.
Tip: Use the document properties (view) page to download copies of any previous file versions.
