When viewing the documents folder, you can save all the files to a different folder, or add the same tags to the files. To do this:
Check the multi-select box in the bottom left corner of the page. This will auto-select all the files on the page. Alternatively, mark the checkboxes for all the files you want to edit.
To edit the common file details, click on the arrowhead: Move - in the dialog, select which location the files should be saved to in Synergy. Click 'Save' to confirm the changes. Add bulk tags - type the tags to be added to the files shown. When multiple tags need to be added, separate the tags with a comma.
