The slider in team builder is only enabled when there is a single time segment for a row.
If a time segment goes over multiple rows, the slider is disabled.
If a row has multiple time segments, the slider is disabled.
Note: If a role is assigned a staff member, you can still click on the staff member in the team builder and edit each row individually.
