Previous steps: How to create an invoice
The invoice screen can be found under the Organisation dropdown menu. You'll be able to use this screen to view summary level invoice details, contacts, debtors, as well as create a new invoice.
Add an invoice
To create a new invoice, click the 'Create' button in the top right corner of the screen.
Search for the project you'd like to invoice by entering the project name or number
Select 'create draft' on the far right and then create your invoice.
Search and filtering
Use the search bar in the top left corner to search for an individual invoice.
Use the invoice filter to filter the screen by one or more filtering options
Multiple filters can be saved and reused, using the 'save and load' filtering technique.

Editing
The ellipses icon on the far right of the column will present the option to view 'details' i.e. open the invoice, or 'delete' or 'modify' depending on the invoice status.
Draft invoices will display the option to delete.
Other status types will display the option to modify.
Views
The invoice screen can be viewed by default, invoice contacts, aged debtor, or invoice details. Depending on the selected view, you will see different details associated with an invoice. The view menu can be found in the top right corner.
Bulk actions
Bulk delete draft invoices by selecting the drafts you'd like to delete and then choosing 'delete draft' from the bulk action menu in the bottom left corner.
Bulk send and finalise invoices using the 'Bulk finalise and send' feature
The invoice screen will present a broad range of summary level invoice details and allow you to search for a specific invoice or filter by specific criteria.
