Automated Payment Reminders

After the successful beta release, we are excited to announce that Automated Payment Reminders is now officially available to all our customers!

Introducing Automated Payment Reminders, a new feature designed to automatically send reminders to your clients for any outstanding payments, helping your organisation get paid faster and more efficiently.

Key Changes and Benefits:

  • Instant Payment Reminder: Send immediate payment reminders for invoices via email, including a copy of the invoice and any attachments. The email subject and title will clearly indicate whether the invoice is due soon or overdue.

  • Schedule Payment Reminders: Schedule up to 5 reminders per invoice, to be sent automatically either before or after the invoice due date. Reminders stop automatically once the invoice is paid.

  • Default Payment Reminder Schedules: Create and customise Payment Reminder Schedules for use across your organisation. Similar to Payment Terms, you can set default schedules at the Organisation, Office, Project, and Contact levels, ensuring they are automatically applied to all new invoices.

Availability:

This feature is available for both Business and Enterprise customers.

Bill Attachments

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to attach files directly to your Bills, making it easier to manage and access relevant documents.

Key Changes and Benefits:

  • Attach Files to Bills: Add files directly to your Bills using the new Documents tab in the right-hand sidebar. You can upload multiple files at once, with support for common file types such as JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC, and XLS (up to 10 files or 10MB per Bill).

  • View, Download, and Delete Attachments: Access all attachments in the Documents tab of the Bill. Files can be downloaded for viewing or deleted when no longer needed.

  • API Support for Attachments: Attach, view, and delete files programmatically via the API, enabling seamless integration into your workflows.

These features is available for both Business and Enterprise customers.

API Endpoint: Bills Index

To provide further flexibility in how you manage and access your data in Total Synergy, we have added a Bills Endpoint that you can now access via our API.

Key features of the endpoint include:

  • Support for Filters, Pagination, Search, and Ordering based on Bill Date.

  • Clear and Structured responses to streamline integration with your workflows.

Availability:

You will need Bill Read permissions in the Security Matrix to access this endpoint.

A Fresh New Look for Total Synergy

Total Synergy has a brand-new look. As part of our rebranding, we’ve updated the logo and colours throughout the platform to better reflect who we are and how we serve our customers. Learn more.


Fixes

Projects

  • Fixed: The Latitude and Longitude coordinates weren't auto populating for project site addresses.

Staff

  • Fixed: For companies with Organisation Groups enabled, there were instances where a staff remained as ‘Primary’ in multiple organisations, with no available way to resolve the issue.
