Overview
You can see any documents (.pdf, .doc, .xls, ppt, etc) used in the portal chat or as replies to announcements in the images.
These are separate from the images in your Documents folder (Project > Documents).
Things you can do:
In the menu option, you can select how you want to view the documents. Do you want to see a preview, their icon, or details such as file size and revision dates.
If you have a lot of images in your portal, you can change how many you see on a page at once using the dropdown, or scroll from page to page by using the arrowhead icons.
