In the menu option, you can select how you want to view the images. Choose from large icons, to small icons and also details. In the details option you can see information on the file such as file size and last revised date.

If you have a lot of images in your portal, you can change how many you see on a page at once using the dropdown, or scroll from page to page by using the arrowhead icons.
