This is the same grid as the planning board.

You can see which week you are in from the top of the grid.

You can manually change the hours for each week by inputting the number of hours. This will update when you click out of the grid.

You are unable to input more than the scheduled hours into the week. This number of hours is taken from the staff calendar but does not take into consideration your availability factor. If you try to input more than the available hours this staff member can work, you will get an error message.

NOTE: You can not update hours in the past.
