Typically you would switch to delivery mode when you’ve won the job and want to plan it out in more detail.
The fee, budget and duration are disconnected. This means if you:
Update the fee, the budget and duration will NOT change
Update the budget, the fee and duration will NOT change
Update the duration, the fee and budget will NOT change
In delivery mode in Synergy, you can do the following things
Add a role to a stage
Add a specific person to a stage
Split the hours over a stage
