What Do the Different Colours in My To-Do List Mean?

Colour coded to-dos help you keep track of your work.


To-dos have different colours, each colour represents a different status.

Below is an example of this in the Kanban board; each to-do has a different coloured bar to the left of it:

To do colour

Meaning

Red

Overdue - these will always appear at the top of the list

Blue

Due

Yellow

In review

Grey

Unassigned

Teal

Complete - these will always be pushed below any active to-dos

NOTE: These colours can not be modified.
