Add Time Using Timesheet History

Add timesheets using the timesheet history tab

User-level: User, Assistant project manager, Project manager, Director, Assistant administrator, System administrator


The history rows to the bottom of the timesheet screen allow you to quickly enter a new weekly timesheet using projects entered in the last weeks.


  1. Organisation menu > timesheets

  2. Open the History tab at the bottom of the timesheet screen

  3. Click on a previous timesheet task to add this to your timesheet

  4. Add the time worked against this task under the day of the week.

  5. (Optional: Add a note in the text box under the time spent)

  6. Save
