Use the incomplete timesheets tab to stay up to date with timesheets.


What are incomplete timesheets?

Timesheets are considered incomplete when:

  • There are zero-hours entered against one or more days that week

  • The hours in the timesheet do not match the daily calendar hours

You can set the number of hours and days required to be entered in staffs timesheet in the staff calendar tab. This allows you to differentiate between full time and part time staff.

How to view incomplete timesheets?

You can view the number of incomplete timesheet weeks in the stats bar at the top of the dashboard.

Clicking into the incomplete timesheets will take you to the timesheet summary screen.

Any timesheets with less that 100% complete are considered missing

How to enter missing timesheets

1.Click 'incomplete timesheet weeks' from the stats bar

2.This will take you to the timesheet summary screen, any timesheets with less than 100% in the 'complete' column are considered incomplete.

3.Click into the week commencing date

4.This will take you to the timesheet screen where you can fill out your timesheet.

Viewing incomplete timesheets as a manager

1.Select the 'incomplete timesheets week' button from the stats bar

2.This will take you to the timesheet summary screen, select 'Direct reports' to view your teams incomplete timesheets.

3.Any timesheets with less than 100% in the complete column are considered incomplete timesheets
