In order to view the data a report can show you, you will need to run the report. This guide will take you through how to run a report and what you can expect.

Where is the reports page?

Organisation menu > Reports

Searching for a report

  1. From the reports list, your first step is to find the report you want to run. To do this, you can use the filter options located on the left-hand side. The default filter is Popular and this can be reset by clicking the filter icon to open the filter options and then selecting the Reset option at the bottom of the filter panel.

  2. At the top of the reports screen will be a search box that will allow you to reduce the list of reports based on what you enter. For example, if you want to find the Project - Performance report, search for "Performance":

  3. The filter panel also allows you to filter the report list based on the selected options. Available options are Category, Created By, Last Run, Liked, Popular, Scheduled, Shared, Tags, Type, and Updated Date. Using these you can limit the list to just reports that are shared with you, or created by you, etc:

  2. Some reports will allow you to adjust filters before they are run. At this point, you will be shown a list of filters that are on the report that you can modify. For example, the Project - Performance report has filters for Project Status Type, Project Type Name, and Project I am the manager of:

Make any changes to the filters you need, and click OK at the top right. If you there is a filter you don't need to use for this run, you can click the red X at the far right to remove it.
Note: this will not remove the filter from the report. It will only remove it from this run. Next time you run the report, this filter will be back.

The results of your report will now display.
