How to create a copy of an existing document template

Synergy allows you to duplicate existing document templates. This can be especially helpful if you want to use the same formatting for templates but for different offices, industries or clients.


How to copy an existing document template

  1. Organisation dropdown > settings > templates > document templates

  2. Select 'Create' in the top right corner.

  3. Choose the type of template you want to copy .

  4. Select the 'Copy document' dropdown and select the template you want to copy

  5. Click Create

  6. Rename the new template and amend any other details.

  7. Save your changes.
