Dashboard Explained

Monthly invoiced revenue by office with FYTD cumulative detail. Revenue Analysis is the audit trail for the firm's top line — use it to confirm the numbers match expectations, flag outliers and identify whether one office is carrying the revenue line for the others.

How to use it

Run Revenue Analysis at the end of each billing cycle to validate the month's invoiced revenue before it goes to leadership. If one office's revenue is unexpectedly low, cross-reference with WIP Analysis in the Finance module — the charge may have been generated but not yet invoiced. Use the FYTD view to track whether the firm is running ahead or behind last year's revenue pace.
