Dashboard Explained

Invoice owing (including tax) by office and project with aged-debtors breakdown. Debtors Analysis is the collections prioritisation tool — use it to focus chase effort on the projects and clients holding up the most cash, rather than working through a flat list of outstanding invoices.

How to use it

Sort by the 90+ day column to identify the clients and projects where payment is most overdue. Contact the PM for context before reaching out to the client — sometimes late payment reflects a disputed invoice or a client relationship being managed carefully. If 90+ day debtors are growing over multiple months, review those clients in Aged Debtors Evolution to confirm whether the behaviour is worsening.
