Dashboard Explained
Invoice owing (including tax) by office and project with aged-debtors breakdown. Debtors Analysis is the collections prioritisation tool — use it to focus chase effort on the projects and clients holding up the most cash, rather than working through a flat list of outstanding invoices.
How to use it
Sort by the 90+ day column to identify the clients and projects where payment is most overdue. Contact the PM for context before reaching out to the client — sometimes late payment reflects a disputed invoice or a client relationship being managed carefully. If 90+ day debtors are growing over multiple months, review those clients in Aged Debtors Evolution to confirm whether the behaviour is worsening.
Understanding your data
Key Fields | How it's Calculated |
Debtor Balance | Total outstanding invoice amount owed by each client (including tax), per invoice, project and office |
Days Outstanding | Number of days from the invoice due date to the current date. Used to classify each invoice into an aged debtors bucket |
0–30 Day Debtors | Invoices where the due date is within the last 30 days — within normal payment terms |
31–60 Day Debtors | Invoices 31–60 days past their due date — require active follow-up |
61–90 Day Debtors | Invoices 61–90 days overdue — escalation candidates |
90+ Day Debtors | Invoices more than 90 days overdue — highest priority for collections action and potential escalation |
