Dashboard Explained

Revenue, profitability, and win/loss summary by primary contact across the firm's client base. Clients Overview is a finance-oriented view of client relationships — each row is a Primary Contact Name, not a client company, so a client with multiple contacts will appear as multiple rows.

New in Insights Pro: This dashboard did not exist in Analytics Plus.

How to use it

Because rows are per contact rather than per client company, use this page for contact-level relationship tracking (e.g. "how much revenue and profit is this relationship generating") rather than firm-wide client concentration analysis — a large client with several contacts will be split across multiple rows here. Sort by Invoiced Revenue or Gross Profit to identify the most valuable relationships, and check Growth % to spot contacts whose revenue is declining year-on-year.
