Dashboard Explained

Client revenue, project count and relationship summary across the firm's client base. Clients Overview supports client relationship management and strategic account planning — it identifies the firm's most valuable clients, repeat clients, and those who haven't engaged recently.

New in Insights Pro: This dashboard did not exist in Analytics Plus.

How to use it

Use Clients Overview in account planning sessions to prioritise client relationship investment. Identify your top 10 clients by revenue and confirm each has an active relationship owner. Flag clients where Last Invoice Date is more than 12 months ago but who have historically been high-value — these are lapsed clients worth a re-engagement conversation. If revenue concentration in the top 3 clients exceeds 40%, that's a concentration risk worth addressing in the business development strategy.
