Dashboard Explained
Portfolio-level snapshot of active projects: count, residual fee, revenue forecast, recovery and gross profit, by slice and trended. Projects Overview is the starting point for any project health review — it surfaces portfolio-wide trends before drilling into individual projects.
How to use it
Use Projects Overview as the first screen in any portfolio review — check Active Revenue Forecast against target before drilling into detail. If Recovery % or Gross Profit % is trending down, use Portfolio Summary to find which offices or PMs are driving it, then Projects Snapshot or Project Summary for the individual projects behind the number.

Recovery % | Invoiced revenue ÷ charge generated, excluding no billing stages |
Gross Profit % | Profitability of active project work |
