Side-by-side comparison of revenue, recovery, profitability, and hourly rate across offices, both as a monthly trend and by slice.
How to use it
Use Business Performance in monthly leadership reviews. Sort by Recovery to immediately surface which office is underperforming. Switch Slice By to Project Manager to identify whether underperformance is a portfolio-level issue or concentrated in one person's projects. Check Project Profitability alongside Recovery — a healthy recovery rate with weak profitability may point to a cost or utilisation issue rather than a billing one.
