Team Performance

Learn about the Team Performance Dashboard

Edition: Business + Insights Pro Add-on, Enterprise + Insights Pro Add-on
User-level: Permissions are set at an Organisation level by System Administrators
Who this is for: Studio leads, team managers, directors

Dashboard Explained

Headline KPIs — utilisation, recovery, gross profit and hourly rate — cut by team rather than office. Team Performance gives studio leads a view of how their team is tracking against the firm's averages and against other teams, without requiring access to individual staff records.

New in Insights Pro: This dashboard did not exist in Analytics Plus.

How to use it

Use Team Performance in team leadership meetings to set context before going into project-level detail. Compare your team's utilisation and recovery against the firm average — consistent underperformance relative to peers is a conversation starter for workload allocation. For individual staff data, use Staff Performance.
