Dashboard Explained
Budget vs charge by project, split into Total, Internal, External, and Expenses categories, plus a monthly revenue-vs-cost trend. Projects Budgets shows how much of each project's budget has been consumed, and by which cost category.
How to use it
Use Projects Budgets to check budget consumption at a glance across the portfolio, split by cost category. A project showing high vs Charge % on Expenses but not on Internal or External charge may indicate expense budget pressure specifically. Drill into a project from the table to see the same breakdown at Phase/Stage level in Project Budget Detail.
