Dashboard Explained
Single-project budget vs charge, split by Phase → Stage and by Total/Internal/External/Expenses category, plus a monthly revenue-vs-cost trend. Project Budget Detail is the stage-level counterpart to Projects Budgets, for drilling into one project's budget consumption.
How to use it
Open Project Budget Detail when a project shows high budget consumption in Projects Budgets and you need to find exactly which phase or stage is driving it. Drill from Phase into Stage to check vs Charge % at the right level of detail, and use the Total/Internal/External/Expenses split to confirm whether the pressure is coming from time charge, external costs, or expenses specifically.
