Dashboard Explained

Post-completion financial review by slice: budget consumed, gross profit, and recovery against configured targets, for completed projects. Projects Retrospective looks back at finished work to assess whether it hit its financial targets — a lessons-learned view rather than a live-tracking one.

How to use it

Review Projects Retrospective after project completion, or periodically across a slice, to assess whether finished work is hitting the firm's target Gross Profit % and fee recovery. Since figures here are calculated on a Completed Date basis, this reflects the final outcome rather than an in-progress snapshot — use Project Summary or Projects Snapshot for live-tracking of projects still in progress.
