As referenced in our email dated 25th August 2026, as part of our ongoing investment in innovation, we're preparing to introduce new AI-powered capabilities within Total Synergy to help customers work more efficiently and gain deeper insights.
You are receiving this communication because you have been identified as a System Administrator, Director, or primary contact for your organisation's Total Synergy subscription.
To support these enhancements, we're updating our Subscription Agreement and Privacy Policy. The Subscription Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of Total Synergy and applies to subscription owners and/or authorised representatives who manage or enter into a subscription on behalf of their organisation.

What's changing?
New terms outlining how AI-powered features may be delivered and used within Total Synergy (Clause 17)
Minor updates to our Privacy Policy to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
Other minor updates and clarifications to our existing terms
What do I need to do?
No action required. The updated terms take effect automatically on 26 September 2026, and your continued use of Total Synergy from that date constitutes acceptance.
Current Subscription Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on our website.
The 26 September date is an administrative placeholder only. It does not indicate the availability or release of any AI features, and no AI functionality will be officially available on that date. We will provide more information closer to launch but all AI-powered features will be clearly identified through in-app disclosures with supporting documentation.
