Move a file between folders by one of the following methods:
Go to: Documents tab.
Apply either the 'default' or 'email details' view to the tab to see the file and folder panel at the same time.
Choose which method to use to move the files:
Drag and drop Check the box next to each of the files that you want to move. Click on one of the selected items and drag them onto the required folder.
Bulk move Check the box next to each of the files that you want to move. At the end of the file panel click the multi-select actions button > select the 'move' option. Select which folder that you want to move the files to and click save.
Single file move Select the row action button > choose the 'view' option. The current folder the file is saved within is shown. Select an alternate folder for the file and click the save and close button.
4. The page refreshes to show the updated list of files still in the folder.
