In the documents folder, you can move a file between folders by one of the following methods:
Drag and drop Check the box next to each of the files that you want to move Click on one of the selected items and drag it onto the required folder.
Menu option Check the box next to each of the files that you want to move. At the bottom-left corner, click the multi-select action button > select the 'move' option. In the dialog, select which folder that you want to move the files to and click save.
Single file move
Select the row action button > choose the 'view' option.
In the Document page, the current folder the file is saved within is shown in the 'Folder' field.
Select an alternate folder for the file and click the save and close button.
The page refreshes to show the updated list of files still in the folder.
