How the portal invitation request works
The company name entered in the portal will be check against the contacts for your organization.
The 'email address' entered in the portal will be checked against the contacts for your organization.
If no matches are found, then the option to create the company and personnel record is shown.
Synergy will create the contact record for the company (if missing) and the personnel (if missing) with the basic details entered in the portal form.
Select what role that contact will play on the project, and choose if they will have portal access.
