Synergy now makes resourcing easier by giving our customers the ability to bulk assign a staff member to a specific role across all stages on a project.

Simply activate your resource planning panel (by selecting a role circle within a stage) to see the toggle.

By then selecting a staff member, and turning the toggle ON – this will assign that person e.g. John Smith for each unassigned Project manager role on your project.

This will not override existing staff members with that role.
