Happy Festive Season, from Total Synergy! As we wrap up the year 2021, we’d like you to unwrap some highly requested enhancements we’ve made to the Synergy platform. We’ve been hard at work putting decorations on existing features, such as filters in the planning board. We’ve also made projects and budgets more user-friendly. Read all about the changes below.

Synergy HR
HR public holiday calendars have been updated to recognise 2022 public holidays when leave is added by staff.
Transactions
The default view will allow you to select different status types based on what transactions you want to see.
Projects
New projects will now default to a multistage project using the default template selected. Read more
Project type is something you select on the creation of a default template. It will inherit the type from the template, or it can be customised.
Planning board
New projects will use the default project template selected. This will bring across all your date ranges, budgets and resourcing.
Additional filters have been added including Discipline, Project dates, Project status, Stage name and Team. Read more
The date filter will show projects which have started after 2 years prior to today’s date.
Resourcing and Revenue Forecasting board
New filters have been added including Discipline, Stage name and Team.
FIXES
Once timesheets are entered in one tab it will produce an error in any other open tabs, to stop duplicate timesheets.
