Use timesheets to record how many hours you have spent working on project tasks

What are timesheets and why use them?

Use timesheets to record how many hours your team have spent working on project tasks.

When a timesheet is created, they are linked to projects. This creates a transaction against the project and allows you to report on how profitable your projects are.

Use the Internal project to record time spent on non-billable internal tasks such as general administration or annual leave.

How to Enter Timesheets

1. Go to Organisation > Timesheets

2.Choose the project you're working on from the project drop-down menu. Choose the stage and task.

3.Enter the time worked against this task under the day of the week.

4. (Optional: Add a note in the text box under the time spent)

5. Save.
