Use the staff register to easily navigate your staff records and access staff details.


Where is the staff list?

  1. Organisation menu > Staff


How to search the staff list

  1. Click in the search box at the top left.

  2. Type the staff member's name in the search box.

  3. Press Enter.


How to filter the staff list

  1. Click the filter icon at the top left to view the Staff list filters.

  2. Expand the filter options to select a single or multiple filters.

  3. Click Apply Filter.​


​Available filter options:

  • Active – Filter by active, inactive, or all staff.

  • Custom Field – Filter staff based on a specific custom field in their profile.

  • Office – Display staff assigned to a particular office.

  • Security Level – Show staff with a specific access level.

  • Staff Tags – Filter by selected tags attached to staff profiles.

  • Staff Type – Display staff based on their salary or cost type.

The filters for security access level can also be accessed by clicking the filter icon on the column heading:

The filter icon will display a number indicating how many filter options have been selected for that column.
