View all projects this staff member has been assigned to as a Project Contact, Project Manager, or Stage Manager.
What are staff projects?
The staff projects list shows all projects that staff have been assigned to as a Project Contact, Project Manager, or Stage Manager.
When a staff member is put onto the project contacts tab, they are part of the project team of internal staff and external contacts.
When a staff member is set as the Project Manager, they will also be added to the project contact list, with the role of Project Manager.
When a staff is added to a stage as the stage manager, they are not added to the project contact list. However, this is still captured by the Staff Projects list.
By default, the Staff Projects list is filtered to only show projects in Proposal or Active status.
Where are staff projects?
Organisation menu > Staff
Click into the staff member whose project list you would like to see
Click into the staff menu > Projects
Actions available
Search: Select the search icon in the top right-hand corner to search for a specific project
Filter: Select the search icon and use the status dropdown menu to look for projects with specific status types.
Open a project: Click into a project to open up the project details screen.
Columns
Project #: The unique project number (made up from the prefix and number and suffix).
Project name: The project name used internally.
Role: This is the role held by the staff member on the project. It is taken from the Project Contacts list.
Note: Since a stage manager is not on the project contacts list, there will be no role for someone who is on a project as just a stage manager.Project Status: The current status of the project.
Non billable: The billable status of the project.
See all projects staff members are a part of the project team.
