Document templates created in your sandbox organisation can be downloaded using the following steps:

1. Organisation drop down > Settings > Templates > Documents

2. Click on the ellipsis button and select Export template.

3. Click the down arrow at the end of the template selection dialog and select the template name from the drop-down list. Click Download file.
​

4. The template layout will download as a zip file. It will be accessible from the downloads link in your web browser, and will also be saved in the Downloads folder on your device.

Store these files in a location that can be easily accessed so you can import them into your newly migrated organisation. Any assistant administrator or system administrator can import them.
