Previous steps: Basic editing in document templates
On the off chance that you were not able to make something work within your template or you are having problems with any of the data or displays, our support team is more than happy to take a look at it for you. However for our support team to properly understand the issue at hand they will need a copy of your template file.
You are able to export and import your templates from the document templates page and save them as a zip file.
Export
To export your template go to organisation drop down > settings > templates > documents
click on the’...’ in the top right corner and from that drop down select export template.
This will download a .ZIP file to your computer, do not unzip this file before sending it across to our support team.
Import
To import your template back into your Organisation click on the '...' and this time choose import template from the drop down.
Ensure you re-upload the whole .ZIP file back into your Organisation. This way all of the data from your document template stays intact both in and out of your Organisation.
NOTE: Whilst our support team is more than happy to help with any issues that you may be facing with your document template, it is important to note that the creation of document templates is chargeable work.
