How to search for opportunities in CRM
1. Select the Organisation dropdown menu in the top-left corner of the page.
2. Select Synergy CRM.
3. Whether you're viewing your opportunities in a list or Kanban view, you can find the Search bar in the top-right corner of the Synergy CRM page. Enter your search term and press the Enter key on your keyboard to search.
By following the steps above, you can search for opportunities in the Synergy CRM by Number, Opportunity Name, or Account Name.
