How to create a to-do in the opportunities screen


The task list

1. From the Synergy CRM page, select an opportunity

2. On the right-side of the screen, select the + To-do button

3. Enter the name of the to-do and press the Enter key on your keyboard to save

4. Select the new to-do from the list to edit the name, start/end dates, and the assigned staff member
