How to assign a staff member to a to-do in the project schedule in Synergy.
To-dos can be assigned to staff members from the Schedule within a project. To assign a to-do to a staff member, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the project schedule (Project menu > Plan > Schedule)
2.2. Open up the corresponding stage, any to-dos added will be to the right of the task they were added against
3.Click on the to-do in the menu that opens on the right.
4.Search by staff name or scroll through the staff menu
5. Select the appropriate staff member responsible for the to-do. This will place the to-do in their queue.
6.Select the back arrow, the staff members profile picture will now appear to the right of this to-do.
Tips!
Pressing the backwards arrow will save any changes you make to the to-do!
