Creating Staff Documents

Learn how to create a staff document from the document templates.

User-level: Director and System Administrators


Create a staff document by:

  1. Organisation menu > Staff

  2. Open the staff member you want to create documents for

  3. Select the staff menu > Personal > Documents

  4. Select the create in the top right > Staff Document.

  5. In the overlay menu, enter the following information

    1. Select which document template to use

    2. Select the folder that the file will be saved to.

    3. Enter the document name

  6. Click create.


Tips:

  • Document templates are configured by the System Administrator.
