The People dashboard helps you keep track of all your staff, utilisation and resources based on factors including office, teams and capacity. It can be filtered by office, primary team, if a staff member is active or inactive and transaction dates.

The following is included in the people dashboard:

Active headcount

This widget will show the active staff count that which can then be filtered by office and primary team.

Utilisation

The utilisation widget will show the utilised hours of staff as well as timesheet hours.

Utilised hours: total utilised timesheet hours (time transaction) for the time specified in the transaction date filter at bottom right of the report.

Timesheet Hours: total timesheet hours (time transaction) for the time specified in the transaction date filter at bottom right of the report. It can be filtered by active or Inactive staff, Primary team and by Office.

It is calculated as below:

Utilisation(%) = (UtilisedHours/TotalHours)*100

NOTE: For utilisation % a week always starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday (unless the end date is today)

Hours & Utilisation by Period

This widget will show the utilised and non-utilised hours on a weekly basis and the timesheet hours for staff in your organisation.

Utilised: the total number of utilised timesheet hours displayed on a weekly basis.

Non-Utilised: the total number for non-utilised timesheet hours displayed on a weekly basis.

Leave: the total number for non-utilised timesheet hours displayed on a weekly basis, where stage name is "Leave".

Total Timesheet hours: the weekly total of timesheet hours.

It is calculated as below:

Utilisation% = (Utilised / Total Timesheet Hours)*100

NOTE: The above values can be filtered by Office, Primary team, Active and Transaction date filter at the bottom of the report.

Office, Primary Team, Name, Utilisation %

The utilisation % for staff by the staff name, primary team and office. It's listed weekly and can be filtered using Office, Primary team, Active and Transaction date filters at the bottom of the report.
