If you need to balance your Complete % to what is in your accounting package/spreadsheet, you can do this by generating a report.
In the reports engine, run the Unearned income – by primary contact report.
If the amounts do not balance, you will need to go back to the stage(s) and move the slider to where it should be.
By default, this report is grouped by contacts and then projects. You will see what stages have been invoiced in the project drop-down. Like all reports, you can customise this view.
This is also the same report you will see if you generate a report from the configuration page
