Set up the project schedule:
Add relevant phases, stages, tasks and to-dos.
Adjust resources and resourcing hours.
Adjust timeframes by upading start and end dates.
Open a project from the 'Project' screen.
Click on the 'Project Main Menu' and go to Plan > Schedule.
Click on the 'Export your schedule' button.
Select preferred export options the click 'Export.'
This will appear on the download bar within the browser or on your local downloads folder.
