If the table in your document template isn’t displaying correctly, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue. This guide covers key checks, including how to re-save your template table and copy contents from table cells.
Re-save your table
Organisation dropdown > Settings > Templates > Documents
Click on the 'Edit pencil' icon in the top right of the template you wish to edit
Click 'Select tables' in the editing screen
Click the edit pencil to the right of the table you need to re-save
Save the table in the top right
Save again in the top right
Undo the merging of cells
Cells merged from left to right may prevent data from populating correctly in the table.
Organisation dropdown > Settings > Templates > Documents
Click on the 'Edit pencil' icon in the top right of the template you wish to edit
Click 'Select tables' in the editing screen
Click the edit pencil to the right of the table
Click into the merged cell and remove the merging, using the icon at the top of the table editor.
Save in the top right
Save again in the top right.
You will need to unmerge the cells from right to left.
Clear cells and re-add bookmarks
Double-click the cell you want to amend.
Click Clear Cell in the top right corner of the table cell.
Click Save in the bottom right to close the table cell screen.
Reopen the table cell overlay by double-clicking the cell again.
Double-click the bookmarks you want to add from the list on the left-hand side.
Click Save in the bottom right to close the table cell overlay.
Copying bookmarks from other cells
Don't copy bookmarks from one cell to another, instead select the bookmarks from the list available on the right hand side of the table cell

Test your template with a project document to ensure all elements appear correctly and that the necessary data is available to fill the bookmarks.
