*Professional and Business Edition users will only see Synergy Analytics if the Analytics Plus add-on is enabled.
**Enterprise Edition users will see the standard Synergy Analytics Dashboard by default, for the additional Dashboards the Analytics Plus add-on is required.
Below is a break down of which Security Access Levels have access to the Analytics and Analytics Plus dashboards. By default Directors and System Administrators will have access to all Dashboards.
Enterprise Edition users are able to modify their Security Matrix and enable/disable Dashboards to other Security Access Levels at their discretion. Each of the different Dashboards are broken down into individual levels so you can carefully choose which Dashboards you'd like certain Access Levels to view.
Important Note: We'd advise checking what each dashboard has available before turning this on for a any additional Security Access Levels so you do not provide users access to data they should not see. For example: Turning on Projects > Financials for 'users' will open them up to seeing a range of costs they probably should not see.
Getting to the Security Matrix in Synergy
Click the Organisation drop-down menu > Settings > Organisation > Security Matrix.
