The Sales dashboard helps you keep track of all project proposals you have created in a timeframe and your won and lost projects.

Filters Available:

  • Office

  • Weighted or Unweighted


Proposals This Month

This will show the number of jobs that have been entered into Synergy and formalised with a Proposal in writing. It is calculated by the sum of weighted/unweighted fee/cap for the project in proposal status and that have a start date in the current month.

Internal projects will always be excluded from this dashboard.

NOTE: If the project doesn’t have a start date, it will be included in current month. We recommended you set start date for all projects to allow for more accurate values/reporting.


Proposals before this month

This will show the number of jobs that have been entered into Synergy before the current month and in a year to date timeframe. It is calculated by the sum of weighted/unweighted fee/cap for the project in proposal status and that have a start date before the current month.

Internal projects will always be excluded from this dashboard.

NOTE: If the project doesn’t have a start date, it will be included in current month. We recommended you set start date for all projects to allow for more accurate values/reporting.


Won Projects $

This will show the dollar figure for all projects that have been changed to have an Active status from previously being in Proposal or having issued proposals for the project.

It will show the sum of weighted/unweighted of fee/cap for the projects which have status of completed, active, pending Invoice.


Win Ratio (Number)

The win ratio (number) will represent a running total of projects that have been won in comparison to the number of proposals that have been issued.

Its calculated as below:

won ratio(%) = (won/(won+lost))*100


Project won: count of all the project that are in active, complete or pending invoice status - from the “data reported from date” from the business tab till end of the current month.

Project Lost: count of all the project that are in unsuccessful status - from the “data reported from date” from the business tab till end of the current month.


Win Ratio ($)

The win ratio ($) will represent the dollar figure of won projects in comparison to the dollar figure of proposed projects rather than just counting the proposals and changes to Active status.

Its calculated as below:

won ratio($) = (won/(won+lost))*100

Project won: sum for total fee/cap of all the project that are in active, complete or pending invoice status - from the “data reported from date” from the business tab till end of the current month.

Project Lost: sum for total fee/cap of all the project that are in unsuccessful status - from the “data reported from date” from the business tab till end of the current month.


Fee/Cap by Project Size per Start Date Bucket

Project Size is referring to the program or duration of the project and so this dashboard will help show the impact a won project has on the existing demands of resources.


Fee/Cap by Start date per Project Status

This is the sum of weighted/unweighted fee cap projects segregated by start date and project status. Internal projects will always be excluded from this dashboard.

Projects Won or Lost by Start Date

This graph shows you the value of projects that have been won or lost, organising them by the start date of the project. This will help with validating what has happened and informing how to plan future projects. Internal projects will always be excluded from this dashboard.

Project won: sum for total fee/cap of all the project that are in active, complete or pending invoice status - per period
Project Lost: sum for total fee/cap of all the project that are in unsuccessful status - per period.


Fee/Cap for Proposals by Project Manager, Client, Project or Status

This will show a list of projects either in ascending or descending order, which are then filtered by the most commonly used categories.

This is shown through the sum of weighted/unweighted fee/cap projects which are segregated by start date and also by PM, Client, Project and project status.

It's based on monthly intervals and will show for this month and before this month (for all projects in proposal stage).


Proposal Projects Table

This will show a list of projects that are still in proposal with their fee total.

These projects will be displayed based on your weighted/unweighted selection.

The sum of Stage Fee/Cap for stages where the Status (Group) is ‘Proposal’ and the Project Start Date is in the current month.

Proposals B4 This Month

The sum of Stage Fee/Cap for stages where the Status (Group) is ‘Proposal’ and the Project Start Date is prior to the current month.

Weighted Fee/Cap

The sum of Stage Fee/Cap multiplied by the Success Factor as determined by the configuration of your stage statuses.

Won Projects £$

The sum of the stage Fee/Cap where the project status is either ‘Active’, ’Complete’ or ‘Pending Invoice’.

Win Ratio #

The count of projects where the project status is either ‘Active’, ’Complete’ or ‘Pending Invoice’ divided by the count of projects where the project status is either ‘Active’, ’Complete’, ‘Pending Invoice’ or ‘Unsuccessful’.

Win Ratio £$

The sum of the stage Fee/Cap where the project status is either ‘Active’, ’Complete’ or ‘Pending Invoice’ divided by the sum of the stage Fee/Cap where the project status is either ‘Active’, ’Complete’, ‘Pending Invoice’ or ‘Unsuccessful’.
