Dashboard Explained
Resourced vs. actual hours (or FTE, or charge value) by slice and by month, across the portfolio. Projects Resourcing shows whether the firm's planned resourcing is tracking to what's actually being charged — and where hours are running hotter than resourced.
New in Insights Pro: This dashboard did not exist in Analytics Plus.
How to use it
Use the Variance Table Metric to quickly spot slices where actual hours are running ahead of resourced — a sign of scope creep or under-resourcing. Drill from Slice into individual Staff Name rows to see exactly who's driving that variance. Switch to the Charge basis to see the dollar impact rather than just hours. Since this page doesn't filter to a single project by default, use the Project filter in the expanded panel if you need to check resourcing for one job specifically; for the fee/invoicing side of that same project, use Project Summary.
