Dashboard Explained

Forward loading (residual relative to capacity) by office, with supporting project-residual and staff-capacity tables. Forward Loading is the operational view behind the firm-wide Forward Loading figure on Planning Overview — it shows which offices, projects, and staff are contributing to the loading position.

How to use it

Use Forward Loading to see which offices are driving the firm-wide loading figure on Planning Overview. Sort the office table by Loading vs Target % to find where residual is heaviest relative to capacity. Cross-reference the project table to see which specific projects hold the largest positive residual, and the staff table to check whether target or gross capacity is the binding constraint. This page doesn't show a week-by-week staff-to-project allocation grid — for that level of scheduling detail, check Total Synergy's resource plan directly.
