What is the Slider Scale

Interpreting the slider scale in the Project Performance page

Updated this week

Edition: Enterprise

User-level: Project Manager, Director, Assistant Administrator, System Administrator

The Project Performance page shows a list of the stages in a project, and each stage has its own slider:

Here is what each component of the slider indicates:

  • Navy blue slider - this is the % Complete slider that appears in the Work Breakdown. It is used by project managers to indicate the percent of work completed for a stage. This can be edited in the Work Breakdown, and in the Project Performance page.

  • Grey bubble - this indicates how far you are in the stage duration, based on the start and end dates of a stage.

  • Grey triangle - this indicates what percentage of the budget has been spent based on the stage's transactions.

The slider is also visible at a project level and at a stage level. Project and phase performance sliders appear in teal, while stage sliders appear in navy blue.
