Columns available for contact titles

Titles list columns are

  1. Name The title or greeting name for a person. This is used with staff records, individual type contacts, and personnel. The name entered must be unique.

  2. Active When checked the title is active and available to use in the drop down lists. Edit the title and uncheck the active box to stop future use by making the record inactive.
