Two factor authentication for staff

Two-factor authentication (2FA) enhances account security.


  1. Go to your user menu in the top right corner > Edit profile.

  2. Select the two-factor authentication toggle to slide it on, once done the toggle turns from grey to blue

Once 2FA is turned on, you'll receive an email with your security code every time you log into Synergy using your user name or email address. The security code needs to be entered before you can access Synergy


Tips!

  • The code is required every time you log out of Synergy and try to log back in. If you do not log out of Synergy, you will be asked for the security code on the following day.
